My Approach
During a hypnotherapy session, you can expect a comfortable, safe, and supportive environment where your concerns are heard and respected. The session typically begins with an initial conversation, where we discuss your goals, review the hypnotherapy process, and answer any questions.

To begin the session, I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation, sometimes referred to as a trance state. In this state, you remain fully conscious but are more receptive to positive suggestions and ideas that align with your therapeutic goals.

Once you are in a trance state, I use a variety of techniques such as guided imagery, direct suggestion, or symbolic storytelling to help you address your specific issues. Each session is tailored to your needs, and the process is collaborative, so you will be actively participating in your healing journey.

After the session, you should feel relaxed and may experience insights or shifts in your thoughts and feelings related to the issues we addressed.
